I got spotting after 1 week. my period date was on 4th march but i have no periods till today that is 8th but i am oozing out white secretion and feeling bad in mouth. i have tested for pregnancy two times and it is negative. when will i have my period? what should i do?

Your period is likely delayed due to the Ipill. It is a COMMON side effect.
It is unlikely you are pregnant.
When you get your period is anyones guess. There is no way to predict when it will happen.
The white secretion and feeling bad may/may not be related.
