I have been experiencing stomach discomfort to the degree that even the smallest amount of food taken I feel as though I am going to burst. In addition I have pains in the lower abdoment and wind. In recent days I have pains that appear to come off the kidneys thus giving the feeling of a band of pain all round my stomache and back - NO BLEEDING - Help do I need to conyact my GP ?
