i have a stomache ache all the time or a gurgly stomache rather.i dont know..but its almost all the time..since january..i dont know whats wrong..its wierd..sometimes it feels like it might be acidic but not most of the time..does anyone have any idea?

The stomach pain you are experiencing can be from a number of things. Because you said you've been having it since January, it could be a duodenal coldsore/minor ulcer. if you do not consume a substantial amount of sugary luquids, i.e coke, dr. pepper, you might be looking at a similar case my wife had, called Gastritis, which is an inflammation of certain areas of the stomach. if left untreated, can evolve into ulcers. My wife was prescribed Prilosec which is a prescription, but can be accessed over the counter, search for Prilosec OTC.
