Its just part of puberty, I would say. I get urges to have sex as well, sometimes they are pretty over-powering but I think you shouldn't rush into anything. I mean, I'm not one who cares for moral c**p like no sex until after marriage, but it is my experience that you would probably regret having sex with just anyone. My only daft advice, really, is to keep masturbating and watching porn.
