It's completely normal for you to have that sensation but fight it. Your wayyyyy too young for that yet and I'm certain there won't be a girl who would want to risk it. Just keep in mind that one wrong move (condom breaks, you don't use condom or anything...) and boom your a dad at 13. Ok so everyone else who commented seems to be older so advice from someone only a year older, although it is illegal (crazy i know) have sex if you want to. If you don't have a willing partner, masturbate. It helps with the urges but doesn't stop them. If you are worried about getting a baby you aren't ready for, blowjobs and being fingered are always a good alternative. That is what I do.

Hey dude. I have a realistic thought for you after reading what everyone has said. First - the reason you want to have sex is that you are a 13 year old boy. Masturbating can solve that urge for you - and has no risk...so I would stick with that route to deal with your urges.
There are A LOT of things to think about to decide if you're ready to have sex. Even if you use protection, there is ALWAYS still a risk of pregnancy. How much money do you make? Can you come up with $500 today? Because you will need that to feed a baby. To clothe a baby. To pay for medical bills for a baby. And guess what - you will need that money again in a couple weeks. And a couple weeks after that. FOR 18 YEARS or more. Everyone talks about being emotionally ready. There are 13 year olds who are physically ready to have sex, and can handle it emotionally - you may be one of them! But financially ready is really what it's all about.
