NO form of birth control is 100% effective - none.
It doesn't matter, 1 second or 10 minutes or more.
No lubrication can make it painful, especially for a virgin, on her first attempt.
So, YES there is a chance. It probably wouldn't be that high of a risk but it only takes ONE sperm.
