Hey there how are you measuring your penis? Are you pushing the fat around your penis in toward your body so it flattens out or you're just measuring your penis as is and are you measuring on the top side or the bottom side of your penis?

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling anxious about this. I notice that you said you are very young. This is the age when we start to worry more about what people will think about us, including our bodies. Girls and boys alike worry endlessly about fitting themselves into some outside standard. What some people will figure out as they get older is that these things are not as important as other things, like what you can learn about yourself and the world, and what you can do to make it a better place?
Are you worried about meeting girls? I'd say don't worry about that yet. That will happen when the time is right. The very best relationships come from people who are both strong enough to know themselves well, and secure enough to be able to trust each other.
For now, you can focus your energy on your studies and your overall physical health and fitness. You can't really change something that is genetically determined, but you can do things to make yourself the healthiest, strongest you that you can be. It's a waste of time and a waste of energy to worry about something that can't be changed. But you can change your confidence and your health. You can eat healthier-- you can even learn to shop for and cook your own healthy food. You can get on your feet and walk, outside on the sidewalk if you can or even pace around inside if that is your only option. There are even exercises that you can do without moving at all-- they are called "isometric"-- you can search for this online.
I know you are focused on this one thing right now, but please hear me when I say that there is so much more to life. Please make sure you don't miss out on growing into the very best version of yourself. It will take commitment and determination, and sometimes things will seem like you aren't making progress at all,  but if you have faith in yourself and stick with it, someday you will see that you have so much to offer the world, and this one thing really doesn't matter at all.
If you stop to think about the world, what do you believe would make it a better place? What can you do to help? Is there anywhere near you where you can volunteer, for an organization or even for a neighbor who needs help? Do you have any hobbies? Are they something you can teach someone else about?
