Define small? It depends upon a lot of things. How far you are into puberty and your other physical characteristics.
DON"T WORRY. Every guy feels that way at some point. I'm sure it is big enough to do the job. It's really more important how you "use" it than how big it is.
Unfortunately, you can't do anything to make it bigger anyways.
Average for an adult is about 5 1/2. There are charts in the forums.
