My menstration was always irregular, from the very beginning. That is not my worry, because I know that 5 % of all women on the world have irregular menstrations. I know that PMS is also common syndrome and ordinary behavior. No doubt about it. But, in the last few months, days before menstration are unbearable to me. I am extremely sensitive and nervous, sometimes I am mad without particular reason, my appetite grows high and I eat occasionally every two hours and I am very unstable. Every of those signs disappear on the first day of mine menstration. Doctor says that is normal. Also, he advised me to try some relaxation techniques, because stress can cause those PMS distractions. Is there anything else I can do about it, because I don’t want to put myself in the situation that menstration becomes my nightmare?

I read somewhere that one research in the USA proved that majority of women who are prisoners committed their crimes in the PMS period- which means in the days before menstration. I don’t want to scare you and that doesn’t mean that you could become criminals. That wasn’t my intention, not at all. But, I found interesting to share this information with you just to describe how that condition can be unpredictable- that is hormonal game in our bodies, which is sometimes really hard to control. Some women have PMS distractions, some of them don’t. I have it myself. Usually, these are days that you can deal with, everybody survives that without damage. I can tell you my personal tips for it. I attend to drink a lot of water, I do it regularly because that makes me feel easier in the “those days”. Also, when I had “starving moments” I attend to eat often but small meals, just to avoid “desperate hunger”. If you craved for chocolate, you will take it. That will make everything easier for you. When you are nervous, go for a walk or jogging, have a shower or bath. Sleeping helps as well. Don’t forget-after all, it is wonderful to be a woman!

I have never been regular, and I hate to say it, but my "PMS" has been getting worse as I get older. I take Pamprin (or midol, there are a variety of namebrands) to help with the tension and irratability. Otherwise it is not pleasant to behold. It also helps with the bloating and cramps caused by your period.

I am having irregular menstruation and also trying to take seed for some time, but no result. Can someone tell me what could be the cause, and what I could do to take it in?
