Why is ther curdled blood in a female's menstration?

I suppose you mean blood clots, those little dark red pieces that look like liver parts.
This is blood clotting. Usually there are anti-coagulators present that prevent blood from clotting but when the period is heavy and the flow fast, there either aren’t enough anti-coagulators or they don’t have enough time to prevent blood from clotting, so it just clots and we experience it as blood clots. This is nothing to worry about unless you have other severe symptoms like cramping, pain, prolonged and heavy bleedings.

In that case, you should see a doc!
