If it has been two weeks it is too late to use the Ipill.
At this point you'll just have to find out if she is pregnant or not. She can test now using her first morning urine, her wake up pee. False negatives are very common testing early. False positives are very rare.
The Ipill is most effective up to about 3 days with decreasing effectiveness to about 5 days.
