Sperm needs to get INTO her vagina for her to get pregnant not just on it.
But, since her period is late there is a chance. Have her take a home pregnancy test, she can test now. She MUST use her first morning urine, her wakeup pee, for the best accuracy.
False negatives are common, false positive are very rare.

If her periods are "normal" then she is likely not pregnant. If they are different then she needs to take a test. There is no other way to tell.
