It is unlikely that you are pregnant if your hand was dry when you touched yourself. Sperm dies as soon as the semen dries up. Besides you only touched the outer parts. It's a long way to the egg from there. Your late period is probably due to your stress at school+this tension.
But you can always take a hpt just to be sure.
