It's unlikely you are pregnant.
If he didn't ejaculate, and hasn't recently (as in since he last urinated) then it would be unlikely that any pre-ejaculation would contain sperm.
Sperm also dies if it dries.
You dont' necessarily need to have penetration but there needs to be a clear path for any sperm to get into, not just near, your vagina.
You can always take a home test.
