itching n rashes in the vaginal area

hi... i m 26 n was into relationship since a year nw.. i had an intercourse three times n we did use precaution... the third time my partner fingered my vaginal area n lot of blood came out.... it was really painful... nw it has been 2 months passed for the intercourse..... n m getting itching n rashes around the vaginal area.... near the joints of mt thighs....its become black n after itching it becomes white.... n the dry skin peals off... i also white /yellow discharge at times.. just to inform u .. i was using a product of avon simply delicate gel to wash vaginal area... n also a roll on of the same brand for underarms... i have the same kind of itching n dry skin effect in the undrarms.... wat i think is it might b due to the product.. i have stopped using it immediately .... i consulted a gynaec she told me to use candiderma cream... it stoppef for a while... n then i went to a skin doctor.. he gave some tablets for itching to be normal n clop-g cream to apply on the affected area..... its been 2 weeks i m using this cream.... n keeping my vaginal area clean n dry.....doc had also told me that i would have to take 15 injections for this infection... which i did agree.... pls... suggest me wat shud i do... m getting scared nw.... y is this happening.. we are planning to get married this year... n i want to b fine before that.. i know this is too lengthy but pls help....... thnks...
