My friend stated that she had hemorrhoid problems and used cream to releive the pressure. She believes she spreaded some of the cream in the vaginal area. Could this have cause her vaginal area to become charcoal black. When she wiped in this area it was as dry skin was coming off on her towel. She also stated that a week later the color of the vaginal area as changed color to dark gray but now a creamry white discharge come just prior to urinating or shortly thereafter. She also just completed taking Cephalexin and antobotic medication for broncoticcs.

okay first of all your friend may have a yeast infection. Most strong antibiotics like KEFLEX, what your friend was taking can cause this, that would be why she is having a discharge, also she may be having itching and burning. However, every womans body is different. She just may have a darker color to her vagina, it may come with getting older. If she is really worried about it I would consider going to the doctor and having tests run, but, it she is having itching or burning down there i would try getting some over the counter medicine in a cream form, some are 3 to 7 days and it will help.
