Vaginal Irritation, could it be an STD?

I don't know what is going on...it started a week ago today. I had shaved 10 days ago and the hair started growing back after 3 days. I became more itchy than usual so after itching the area it started to burn. I thought maybe I had just itched too hard and probably tore skin. Well, I stopped myself from itching any further. I soaked in an oatmeal and milk/water bath. That seemed to help VERY well until the next evening when I went to shower. I did my usual routine and washed with a sensitive skin bar soap. It started to burn and bleed in that 1" x 1" area and I felt like I had to urinate soo bad but nothing would come. I immediately got out of the shower to apply pressure with my towel. I wanted to cry!! After sometime, I laid in bed wondering what I could do so I went to the store and got some genital medicated cream-I have now been using that for 6 days applying it 3x daily. It is NOT working!! I now have a fissure from where I was right, and tore skin. Also, 5 little reddish white bumps have appeared and it just burns to the touch, it burns during intercourse, it burns if i pee, it burns if I wear tight pants, it burns if I sit/lay in a certain position-I am starting to suspect STD but I have never had one so I don't know what it could be. Today while posting this, I am noticing my vaginal cavity is starting to get tender as well and feel itchy deep inside to where I almost can not reach. I am EXTREMELY nervous because I have only had ONE partner in 3 years, could he have cheated? Could it be an STD? I ABSOLUTELY do not want to go to the gynecologist if there is a home remedy I could be using! PLEASE HELP!!!
