My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time in early April. We used a condom and checked for tears after and saw none however he didn't pull out when he ejaculated. I took postinor -2 both tablets 12 hrs apart (the pills melted really quickly in my mouth though). We used water-based lube if that detail helps and my period had ended a few days before we had sex. After we had sex, exactly a week after taking the pill , I bled for five days. The blood was red, had clots and I had to use pads. But since that second week of april, I haven't had my period (if that's what the bleeding was rather than pregnancy spotting). I took two pregnancy tests and they were negative (one was initially saying invalid) but it wasn't in the morning so my urine was possibly diluted(took one in the afternoon and another in the night on the same day, around a month after having sex). I haven't vomitted but have wanted to like twice, I'm anemic so I've always had fatigue problems, I've always frequented the bathroom and I usually have diarrhea before or during my period but there's no period and I have diarrhea and hemorrhoids , my breasts dont feel any different or look very different, I've experienced no abdominal cramps and seen not a single drop of blood since that week after I had sex .  Am I pregnant?

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to say definitively whether or not you are pregnant. However, taking the emergency contraceptive pill (such as Postinor-2) within 72 hours after unprotected sex is highly effective at preventing pregnancy, with a failure rate of less than 1%. Additionally, the fact that you took two pregnancy tests that were negative is a good sign that you may not be pregnant.

It is possible that the bleeding you experienced a week after taking the emergency contraceptive pill was related to the pill itself, as it can cause changes in menstrual bleeding. Some women experience spotting or bleeding between periods after taking emergency contraception, but this usually resolves within a few days.

Other symptoms you have described, such as fatigue and gastrointestinal issues, may be related to other factors such as anemia or dietary issues.
