Hi,
I took my last pill of my 21 day cycle this Saturday and I had sex on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Long story short, the condom broke and the guy came inside of me. I'm not exactly the best on taking my pills, they aren't always at the same time and I sometimes miss a day (I didn't this pack, though). Should I pick myself up some Plan B?

It shouldn't be necessary. That close to your period is isn't likely the egg would be viable.
