i stopped taking birthcontrol pills in december. i got my period in january and in febuary. according to the 28 day cycle i should have gottem my period on the 25 th of march. ive taken 2 pregnancy test and the were both negitive. i have a history of cysts. do you think that they could be messing with my menstral cycle. what should i do!!??

I got married last year nd trying to concieve from 1st day but we fail. At last we met doctor nd during test we got to know that my husband sperm count is 0. Can i get pregnent with 0 sperm count? Plz reply m in very much of tension. Is there any chance to concieve a baby with 0 sperm count?
