I discovered a lump on my collar bone recently, measuring approx 1"x1" located near midline and definitley ON my collar bone, not above in the soft tissue. The lump is hard and is becoming tender. I discovered this approximately a week after my FORMER boyfriend threw me around a bit. My arm was so bruised I didn't notice my collar bone until later. Is it possible to break the clavical without extreme pain? Is this lump related to something else. Thanks. This is my first forum. CJ
