I am 14 and I have just finished a 9 week course of prednisolone steroids to treat my rheumatoid arthritis and crohns. I started at 45mg a day, going down by 5mg per week until I got to 0mg. I have major moonface and water retention around my face and it's making me extremely self conscious and not myself. Does anyone have any ideas of know any ways or of any remedies/tips that could speed up the process of it disappearing?? thanks
