I know there are a million other posts like this, but I'd be real grateful if you could take the time to read through and answer mine!
I am well over the age of consent. The first day of my last period was November 22nd, which lasted the usual 5 days- it ended on the 26th. On November 29th, my boyfriend and I engaged in heavy petting and I was paranoid about his pre-cum getting inside my vagina, as he rubbed his manhood against my vagina without any protection. I know, I know, stupid me. Anyway, I took the morning after pill on the 30th as I was so worried, and this was fine- no symptoms of sickness or anything. I had a 3-day bleed from the 5th to the 7th of December, with the first two days being as heavy as the first two days of a normal period and the third day being like the fourth day of a normal period. My periods have always been regular, so I assume that this 3 day bleed was due to the morning after pill working, and I was happy that I wasn't pregnant.
December the 8th, I lost my virgnity to him. We used a condom, which I believe worked- it didn't break or anything. I was a little worried as it took awhile for him to roll it down his full length and have it stay there- it kept rolling back up about halfway, but it did stay there in the end and he said afterwards that he was almost certain there were no spillages. Last night (December 11th), we had sex again, using a condom. However, the condom fell off, so back I went to the doctors again for ANOTHER morning after pill. Ridiculous, I know, I'm not having much luck with this! I also got the doctor to put me on the combined pill, so that any other mishaps with condoms in the future won't have to be fretted over.
My question is, how will I know that the pill has worked this time? I have no idea when my next period is due as I had that 3 day bleed about a week after my regular preiod, so do I count from the first day of my last period or the first day of the pill-induced bleed? I would have no clue when to do a pregnancy test because my periods will now be pretty messed up. Also, my cycle is probably now well and truly messed up because I've had to take two morning after pills in a relatively short space of time. I have no idea what to do. Secondly, if I have another pill-induced bleed, do I start taking the combined pill on the first day of this or should I wait until my next period is due and start taking the pill on the first day of a bleed around that time?
