Morning after pill and period

I recently had sex and the condom didnt work, i took the morning after pill the day after, so before 12hours, i was due on my period wen havig intercourse, and a week later or even more, i still havent come on my peroid, i took a pregnacy test which was negative, but im afraid soething cud be wrong as im still waiting for my bleed over a week later.
