Sounds like an old wives tale to me.
I think he will have sperm coming out as long as there is some left in him. I don't know if anyone has done experiments to see what average number of orgasms it takes to make a man dry. When I was a teen my gf used to do me by hand a dozen or more times a day and we would have loved to have sex but we didn't dare take the chance that I was empty after 12 times or any other number.
