I had a problem of menstuation from early stage.as first i had to taken medicine to have a period for a long time.then I prefered to do some yogas and succed also but very irregular.some time twice in a month with little flow and some time no period in two to three month.now I m 26 year old and married.my last period was on 15 may 2012 and i m not pregnant.what shall i do?

I dont know what your body type is but im guessing thin , if I'm wrong im sorry, but normally women that are thin have a irregular periods due to the lack of body fat required for the hormones we require for these function. try increasing your healthy fat intake . peanuts, salmon, are some examples.
