right im 16 years old sexualy active and im panicing my little head off about a lump on the bottom of my testical!!?? about late january urly february my nob started to slightly sting when i went for a piss and i thought nothing of it at the time. Since the start of january iv give 3 birds a seeing to and i just dont know what to think about the situation! im not to educated in the ins and outs of testicals and im wondering is this a result of chlymidia i might have picked up or could it even be cancer!!! i wore a condom with each woman but after a fiew beers anything could slip through the net!
There is a body of mass about a quater the size of my testical attached to the bottom of my left testical, it is tender and dips in slightly where it conects to my testical but the end of it is hard. My sperm duct and the vains surrounding it are atleast 4 times thicker and bigger than on my right testical!!!! this can be noticabily seen when looking down at my nob and goes all the way to the way up to bottom of my abbs, and my left ballsac looks significantly larger than the right, its freaking me out abit. when i ejaculate it comes out a dirty rusty brown colour and it is bloody descusting emagine if a bird saw that!! i noticed the lump in the shower on thursday 3 days ago but it didnt hurt that much. i stilll sought medical attention but it being easter weekend non of the GPs or clinics are open!!!
im at full time college but it being the easter holidays iv been doin construction labouring for abit of cash. like an id**t i went up town on friday night and ended up fighting outside the pub with 4 chaps well in there 20s. my mate got stoved in so i was pretty much on my own, i got some sik punches in especialy lefts crosses so one of the fat pricks ragged me 2 the floor and they all started booting my head in. y head stopped hurting afta 5 minuet but one of them must have got me in the balls cos since then my left ball hasnt stopped hurting. iv got work on monday and i cant lift 3 by 2 concrete flags with a sore bolock so my situation is pretty grim.
i realy need some advice on this cos my local GP shuts at 5 which is when i finish work so i wont beable to see a doctor till next weekend!!!! also i box for a hobby and my 13th fight is in 2 week and i can barely touch my abdomen never mind get punched in it!got a perfect record so far aswell so i cant be letting my balls ruin that for me!! someone please give some advise on the best way to go about this or if not just away to reduce the swealling or anything that could be helpful.
