hi im 16 years old and iv got this 1 lump on my outside of my left testical i am quite worried right now its been there for about 2 months now its the same size as a 1p coin its purply red realy itchey and realy sore but im too scared to tell my parents or go to the doctors because it might be cancer but i caint live with it anymore its affecting my whole life please someone help me thankyou
