Never had intercourse, but we were fooling around, test was positive

So I'm a virgin never had sex so on January 23rd my period ended . Then on January 24th me and my bf decided to fool around and he was running his penis on my vagina and he didn't *** nor precum. With out a condom . My cycle is 32 days so I don't know when I ovulate. I'm due to get my period on February 20th. But I started bleeding on the 19th it was a light period on my pad but when I wipe it was heavy and had alot of blood clots and was really red. Now it's like my period is ending and it's not ands heavy also I took 2 pregnacy test one a week before my period then another about 4 days before my period (first response) both were negative. Then a few days Later I look at the same one and it had a positive line and I thought it was weird.in February the 19-23 I had a light period I think it was a peruod it contained blood clots , my period was expected to come.on the 20th . Also I took a test while bleeding (19-23) came up negative on the 24th I took another test yesterday also negative . So I took 6 pregnancy test all negative. Then after my period I noticed a clear watery discharge still.have it . And.maybe it's just me nipples look darker , and I have a line from my belly button down . Maybe it is stress. I've been so stressed also I've been having a lot of white discharge. Then in march my bf ejaculate and sperm got on his hands and he wiped it off with a tissue and waited about 5 min before fingering me possibly chance of getting pregnant. My boobs feel fuller and sore period is due in 2 days
