Nexplanon birth control

So I got this birth control and did not realize the side affects. I was bleeding ever since I left the hospital after I had my son. And the was April of this year. I don't know if anyone else had the same problem. But I was told I would just bleed for 6 Mon then I was told I will continue to bleed unless I decided to go with a different birth control. I decided to stay with the nexplanon and to see if my bleeding would stop. It didn't. I would continue to bleed red and now its brown. I'm actually planning on getting it removed because its annoying with the bleeding. btw it does give you symptoms of being pregnant.
