Is it normal for your vagina to have a slight yeasty smell? I’m a senior in highschool, 18 years old, and this smell is making me very nervous. I’ve never had a yeast infection before so I don’t know what to look out for. It’s a slight yeasty smell- the guy who went down on me said it smelled like beer but it was “pleasant”, I don’t know what the hell that means. I don’t have any other symptoms other than this smell? I’m going to the doctor soon but I really need some relief as it’s embarrassing and I want to start doing stuff with my boyfriend- we haven’t had actual sex yet. Could this be a sign that I’m about to start my period soon?
