It is normal for semen to be clear to yellowish when you are in the early stages of puberty. once you develop more and your accessory glands (prostate, cowpers, seminal vessicles etc) start working then your semen will get cloudier and more milky,,.....

no that shouldn't have anything to do with the color of your seme..... the amount of semen maby but not the color....
