Hey there congratulations you have hit puberty! When you see clear stuff comes out and you say it's pre-cum does it come out after you orgasm or just when you're excited and before you orgasm? It could be that you're not quite mature enough to produce Semen yet or what you think is pre-cum could actually be semen but it's just not as white as when you get more developed and mature.
