Hi... recently I have had strange symptoms. About a year ago I was treated for a kidney infection although my culture came back negatice. My symptoms(back pain, fatigue, nausea, and frequent urinating) came back but I put off going to the doctor because we were moving. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. I am on Microgestin Fe 1/20. I had missed a pill and then the next day had taken two and then later in the week the same thing happened and this was a few days before having sex. Shortly after I got put on antibiotics for another kidney infection but they pulled me off because once again my culture was negative. I then had spotting for a week. Now I constantly feel nauseous and have thrown up in addition to the other symptoms, as well as my fatigue has gotten worse. Could I be pregnant?
