I have been going to the doctor for about a year and I still have the same pain. It itches and under the hood it is white. My clitoris looks deformed. The part that is supposed to be under the hood isn't. I am swollen and everything bothers me from walking to sitting. I have to sit with my legs open all the time. I went to the Doctor and took all the STD's test and I don't have any diseases. He gave me some steroid type cream and I took it for about two months and nothing. It is still the same. Should I just go to the emergency room? I went to two Doctors.

I think they need to not only test you fro STD's but also infections.I get tested all the time and I have something wrong with me also.All my tests cam eback negative 3 times and I finally got a different doctor who did a different test.She took a swab from me and looked at it under the scope. It turns out I did have an STD,but it was an infection which is why I wasn't tested for it in the first place.Its called Trechomoniasis.In females, the symptoms of this infection can include:
abundant and frothy vaginal discharge ranging in color from gray to green to yellow, with a watery to milky consistency
foul odor
itching and tenderness in or around the vagina
pain during sex
pain during urination
soreness or itching of the labia and inner thighs
