Hi, I have a painless lump on the underside of my penis, it has no discoloration, just a lump. the first day i noticed it (6 days ago) it was huge, about the size of a my pinkie finger from the top of the nail down. The next morning when i woke up it was half that size, and has shrunk since then. now its about the size of a pea (when flaccid). it is larger when flaccid, i think because there is more skin room than when erect. it is located directly on the underside of the penis dead center on the red scar area of circumcision (i was circumcised at birth 27 years ago). There is no problems urinating or anything. I have been reluctant to have sex with my wife in case its some sort of Track infection. I know its not warts, because i've had HPV for 7 years now and know what that's all about. Any ideas? Oh yea, i got a vasectomy last December. Help me please!
