Hi

I've had a small-pimple sized lump in my pubic hair area for about 2 weeks now. At first i thought it may be a spot but its not painful or sore. It doesnt have seemed to come to a head or anything. It is quite a hard lump and doesnt have seemed to have grown in size. I was thinking could it be an ingrown hair or trapped hair folicle that would have caused it? I dont know how to make it go if it was?! Any ideas would be great.

This sounds like it's a lymph node.
If it's hard, about a pea sized lump, doesn't change, and isn't red or angry, this is probably it.

You can treat them with warm compresses to increase circulation, but it really will fade away by itself.

They are most common in the armpits, groin, pubes, or neck areas.
