pains in the stomache with cramping and diarrhea

i recieve a high infection in mexico, I was treated with antiobiotics and ran some fluids through an IV. But I now have 2and a half weeks and I still have watery diarrhea. I went a few days ago to the emergency with adominal pains, and again I was treated with fluids for dyhadration. But now I have this burning sensation in the upper stomache and real sharp pain and beltching alot. And that happens when I try to eat. Could you please tell me what I can do. thank you
