I'm 18 years old and my penis is 1 inch soft and 3 inches hard i don't know what to do. It hasn't bothered my until now cause I've started dating a girl we don't have any intentions yet but I need advice wtf do I do. I'm chubby so I have the fat spot above my penis. I've done research and it's said that I may have a disorder called micro penis. I've asked my dad and my mom they hit puberty fine I asked my mom if my dad as a good size she said he 8 inches but idk wtf happened to me it bothers me please respond any advice will help

3" is not a micropenis.
The definition of a micropenis is 2 standard deviations smaller than the mean penis size (5") which works out to about 2 3/4".
Your penis can grow into your early 20's. But, that layer of fat you see may be hiding part of your penis. Work on reducing your weight.
Average for an adult male is 5.1" erect.
