Does anyone know if it is possible for polymyositis to be paraneoplastic? I am on my third cancer diagnosis and while I am very confident that I will get through it this time, just I did the last time, I am having polymyositis like symptoms now, which I have never had before. Hence the quetsion. Any answers would be appreciated.
