I took plan b 12 hours after having sex. The condom broke, and there was only precum. I took 8 tests, all were negative. I am now 12 days late, should I be worried?

Not necessarily. Plan B can make your period early or late and heavier or lighter than normal.
Are you testing using your first morning urine? If so, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. The tests should be accurate at almost two weeks late.
