Pregnant through finger?

I'm really worried. I'm being descriptive to make sure my information is shared properly. Apologies if it's too much :/ Today is now Friday (2.30am friday morning) over the period of ten hours or so I stayed with my boyfriend (monday through to tuesday) we did not have sex. I am a virgin. But we did take part is sexual activities. Basically I gave him 'hand' and was careful to wash my hands after. Then a few hours later we went to bed. We both did oral. I gave him oral, which I feel safe about but then I worry he touched himself afterwards then touched me. I never thought about it but soon after he then gave me oral (is it possible if anything was there he could have removed it - without sounding gross?). An hour or so passed and we both gave each other oral again. Finally I cleaned my hands again (I'm not sure if he did) and we went to sleep. In the morning, well afternoon, we got out of bed and oral happened again. This time I was more worried as I cannot guarantee if he did not touch me after he finished. I never thought much about it and went home that night. I panicked later in the night, even though he told me not to worry and it wasn't possible, so in the morning (about 30 hours since the first incident and less than 24 from the last) I went to my GP who agreed it was unlikely but not 100% so gave me the morning after pill. She also prescribed me the Contraceptive Pill and told me to take the MAP asap (about 20-30minutes later after I left the Medical Centre) and start the Pill the following day. All of which I did. It's now been over 40 hours since I took the MAP and 15 since I took the pill (bc). With the bc it now means I won't have a period for 21 days (instead of the 16 without taking it). I have had mild cramps on and off, a bit of stomach ache and loose stools but none of which occured in the first 6 hours or so of taking the MAP. I'm worried it didn't work. And I know I will never do anything like this again, especially not without constantly washing my hands (and his!). I'll more than likely purchase a test in two weeks just incase. Any opinions? I've heard it is possible to get pregnant this way but has there been any cases? I'd really appreciate some advice. Thank you.
