PTB, right upper lungs. I heard that a person will have scars even if it's already cured

PTB, if untreated for a length of time, leaves a PERMANENT scar.  Just like you would get from burning your hand badly.  It can't be removed and will not ever go away completely.

A chest x-ray can show whether or not there is scarring and how severe.
