The redness is on the skin part and on the tip of the penis.

There are variations in color in every penis (and other body parts for that matter). A dark patch or shading may simply be your pigment variations.

You don't tell us your age, if you've had unprotected sex, how you have been masturbating, etc.
Redness generally indicates increased blood flow...which would be normal with stimulation and with friction.
You might want to use lube and give it a rest for a while.
You assume that the redness is from masturbation, but it might also be a minor irritation or something slight.
