On my penis I have little spots I googled it and I think there called fordyces spots they look exactly like these

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to reduce them or get rid of them completely
My second issue is that my penis curves downwards when its erect, it just makes me kind of nervous knowing that there are these two things if I want to do anything with girls and they might laugh or tell people.
It curves downwards a little bit more then this image and thats about how it looks when fully erect

Another issue is that my foreskin is more wrinkly then most and it doesnt usually cover the whole of the top of my penis

I FOUND THE CURE FOR FORDYCE's SPOTS!!
CLEARZAL-BAC nail solution.
I put it on for about an hour, and it basically destroyed them, I dont know how, it just disolved them or something.
It will burn a bit afterwards so you might need some antiseptic cream too.

oh dear the clear-bac stuff don't get rid of them fully . makes them go down a hell of a lot though.. you can try it if you can handle the burning. but it DOES burn a lot afterwards. probably not worth trying if you can't handle the pain. However maybe it might to make extreme cases die down a bit.
