Does rubbing you clit hood make it bigger over time?

So I took a good look down I. My lower region and I notice my clit hood is out of proportion with the rest of my vagina. My clit hood covers my clit almost completely and I feel a little embarrassed I this it's the way I rub it. I want it to get smaller because it use to not be as big so I was wondering if I just stop rubbing/touching it it'll get smaller over time or if I just need to get surgery because it's one of my big insecurities. What should I do? Please help, thanks!

There is probably nothing at all to be concerned about. Women's genitals vary, and there are different vulva presentations. Is yours like one of these?

You don't say how you rub your clit, but I doubt it has any adverse effect on it.
