If he ejaculated inside you, then there is a chance that pregnancy will follow if it happened at a fertile time (when is your next period due?).
The white stuff coming out of his penis could be his ejaculate (it doesn't necessarily all come out at once), and it could well be oozing out of your vagina. But millions of sperm are ejaculated, and it only takes one to get you pregnant.

If your next period is indeed due to start 16 March, then 24 Feb is not likely to have been a fertile day, as ovulation would likely be 2 March. So pregnancy is unlikely to follow. All the semen would not have come out; some would have stayed in, but as sperm only live in a woman's body for 5-6 days, they would have died before you ovulated. I suggest having sex every day for from 27 Feb to 2 March.
The equivalent of the g-spot for the guy is his prostate gland which is situated just below his bladder. It can be stimulated internally from the anterior wall of his rectum (carefully) or externally via his perineum
I hope this helps

I am from the UK; where are you from?
The prostate gland is located below the bladder at the start of the urethra, and is normally about the size of a walnut. It produces some of the fluid in semen. The prostate fluid is a milky substance that nourishes and protects sperm during intercourse and forms the bulk of ejaculate. It also has muscles that help to expel the semen during ejaculation.
