i was taking Remicade and then I got reall sick. I had a sinis infection along w/broncitis. So my Doc. tok me off it. Now that i am bettter he wants to put me on it again. My concern is this, I catch colds very easily and after the injections, I feel very tried and weak. I am worried about this, abut not sure if I should say angthing. I have to admit that when I do take it my RA is better. But then again I feel so very weak. I have to work and tend to miss alot during the time I take the injections. What can or should I do?????

Yes, I heard that Remicade often causes infections especially respiratory system infections. I however, had no problems with it. Ok, maybe at the beginning until I got used to it.

How long have you been on the drug? I know that most people who benefit from the drug and suffer side effects at the same time usually learn how to deal with side effects and rarely drop remicade.
However, if you really can’t handle it you should definitely tell this to your doc. After all, s/he is the one who can help you the most, right?
I reckon you should tell him/her everything regarding your treatment.
