i am experiencing severe vaginal pain. it huts to sit, to move, to lay down, to urinate, or pretty much to do anything. at first i thought i was just sore from sex but it hasnt gone away and the symptoms are getting worse and i can no longer sleep because of the pain. there is also a lot of yellow discharge. I dont know what to do, i dont have insurance and i cant afford to go to the emergency room what do i do?

You need to get the money and have yourself checked. You don’t need a fortune and you can always borrow that much money.
It is quite possible that you have some sort of infection considering there’s excessive discharge as well.
Having such pain makes the doctor’s visit even more urgent. Depending on your age, you could have developed some benign growths and you should have it checked.
There is no way to get rid of this pain without a treatment and if you have a bacterial infection, it may progress, reach the fallopian tubes, scar them and make you infertile.
The bottom line, see a doc!

It does sound like an infection, if you are having severe pain it could have developed into Pelvic Inflamatory Disease. You really need to go to a doctor. Try a sexual health/ family planning clinic - they a cheap or free
