Okay, so for a little over a year now I'd occasionally get a little pain after orgasm when masturbating. It wasn't a big deal, so I sort of ignored it. It started to get a little worse a couple months ago, and then I started looking around on the web for some answers, and it seemed to match perfectly with it being a strain on the abdominal muscle. I was sure that was it, and did not masturbate for a couple weeks as recommended to let it heal. I recently started up again and this time the pain had me in tears for about 10-15 minutes, left a dull pain all day, and immediately after the pain dulled down a little I noticed there was bleeding. It's not my period, as I've been on the needle for about a year and a half, and the pain only happens after orgasm. Has anyone had this issue before, and if so, did you find out what it was/was there treatment?

Hi! What exactly do you mean by "I've been on the needle"? Some gynecological conditions such as ovarian cysts, fibroids or endometriosis, can cause you painful orgasms. Some painkillers could help, but that's not a permanent solution, so you should talk to your gynecologist about this, especially about the bleeding part. Take care.
